Compass Center for Women and Families
Compass Center for Women and Families helps individuals and families prevent and end domestic violence and become self-sufficient, and navigate their journey to self-sufficiency, safety, and health. They provide domestic violence crisis services, career and financial education, assistance with legal resources, and adolescent empowerment programs. 

Durham Crisis Response Center
For more than 31 years, Durham Crisis Response Center (DCRC) has been the sole provider of comprehensive shelter and support services in the Durham area, providing counseling, legal advocacy, support groups, and shelter to survivors and their families in the aftermath of domestic and sexual violence.

Chatham Family Violence Prevention Services
The Sheriff’s Office houses two positions, one full-time and one part-time Victim Services Coordinator. The county also created a new office, Chatham Family Violence Prevention Services (CFVPS), which includes one full-time and one part-time bilingual Domestic Violence Advocate.
